Twin Shaft Disperser – Co- Axial & Off-Centre Type
Ideal for mixing pastes, dispersing, emulsifying, breaking down agglomerates, dissolving, and homogenizing viscous materials such as primers, creams, photographic emulsions, pigmented coating compounds, resin solutions, printing inks, and adhesives.
Our system is designed for versatility and ease of use. The vertical lift design allows for simple, push-button control to raise and lower the agitators into and out of the operating position. Built with a robust floor-mounted structure, the mix vessel features flat bottoms and is mounted on casters for effortless mobility. Wetted parts are constructed from high-quality stainless steel (Type 304/ 316L) with a smooth 80-grit polish, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. Non-stainless-steel components are finished with a durable two-part epoxy coating for enhanced longevity. The system is equipped with two independently-driven agitators—an anchor and a high-speed disperser—designed to deliver efficient and consistent mixing. Powered by totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) motors, the system operates on 230/460 volt, 3-phase, 50/60 Hz power, ensuring reliability and optimal performance. For added safety, a limit switch prevents the agitators from operating when the mix vessel is not properly positioned, ensuring smooth and secure operation.
