Efficient Mixing & Superior Dispersion
Our high-speed dispersers feature an open disc blade that operates at speeds of up to 5,000 feet per minute, creating powerful turbulent flow within low-viscosity batches. This process forms a vortex that allows for the quick incorporation of dry ingredients, ensuring fast and uniform wetting.
Optimized Performance & Versatility
To maintain a consistent vortex and efficient material turnover, the blade speed can be adjusted as the batch thickens or increases in volume. Additionally, to prevent stratification or layering, most models are designed with an adjustable height mechanism, allowing the disperser to be raised or lowered during the mixing process.
