Dispersion
Homogenizers
The Batch High Shear Mixer effectively reduces agglomerates and droplets in fine dispersions and emulsions. It ensures scalable, repeatable results for consistent product quality.
The Batch High Shear Mixer features a single-stage, four-blade rotor that operates at high speed within a stationary stator. As the blades pass through the stator openings, they shear particles and droplets, expelling material at high velocity, creating intense hydraulic shear. This continuous flow promotes rapid mixing, efficiently drawing more material into the rotor/stator generator for consistent, fast processing.
Standard Features
Power Range: From 1.5 HP to 200 HP.
Explosion-Proof Motor: Driven by an explosion-proof inverter duty motor.
Rotor/Stator Options: Standard single-stage rotor/stator with options for disintegrating, slotted, square hole, or fine screen stator head.
Materials: Wetted parts made of high-quality stainless steel Type 316L , SS304; external non-stainless steel parts coated with a durable two-part acrylic urethane enamel coating.
