The advanced MILL GRIND series grinding system features an improved centrifugal separation mechanism, allowing for the efficient use of small grinding media ranging from 0.05 mm to 0.8 mm, enabling particle size reduction to the nanometer scale. Designed for scalability, it ensures a seamless transition from laboratory to production-scale processes. The system incorporates a reliable double-acting mechanical seal for enhanced durability and performance, while its user-friendly design ensures safe, simple, and clean operation. A variable-speed drive controlled via a frequency inverter optimizes performance across different applications. The mill supports both continuous-pass and circulation operation, offering flexibility in processing modes. Bench top configuration comes with grinding chamber size of 200ml. Operator management is secured with multi-level password protection, and optional data acquisition is available for process monitoring. The IP65-rated machine stand allows for complete washdown, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards. Additionally, the grinding chamber can be customized with materials such as ZrO₂,304, 316 stainless steel, or nylon to suit specific processing requirements. Comprehensive documentation is provided for validation and regulatory compliance, and professional training and seminars are available to ensure efficient system utilization.
